My own SaaS product, live at assetlanehq.com — multi-tenant asset tracking with QR code lookup, recurring maintenance scheduling, warranty alerts, role-based team access, CSV import, and a complete audit trail. A companion Android app is now in pilot distribution, backed by separate staging and production environments. Designed, built, deployed, and taken to market solo.

Real-Time Call Center Platform for BPO Operations
A multi-tenant contact-center platform with browser-based calling on a self-hosted Asterisk engine — click-to-dial, inbound routing with a hold-music waiting room, transfers, three-way conferencing, hold, call recording with audited playback, agent presence and break tracking, live floor boards, call export, and an agent productivity report. Now deployed on its own server and carrying real calls over a carrier line. Built solo for a BPO, backed by 831 automated tests.

Digitized statutory advocate enrollment for a state Bar Council — multi-stage committee approvals, document verification, and online fee payment. I owned it end to end: built it solo, presented on-site to the council, wrote the user documentation, and recorded onboarding videos for non-technical staff and applicants. In production since 2024.
